COVID-19 UPDATE

To Our Valued Customers,

We know this is a challenging time for many and as the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve, we would like to update you all on how we at Captains Village Marina are adjusting to these changing times.
CVM is still open for business and phase one of our renovation is still moving ahead as planned. We don’t know what the future holds but as of right now we are looking forward to the upcoming boating season and we would like to hear from you about your spring/summer plans. Please send us an email to info@captainsvillage.com or give us a call at 250-955-2424 and let us know when you want to go boating. We appreciate all the lead-time possible to ensure your boat is 100 percent ready to go.

In order to promote social distancing at CVM you can book all of your service appointments, pay bills and order parts over the phone or through email. Once your boat is ready to go and your bills are all paid, we will let you know and have your boat conveniently located for you to pick up. If you have moorage with us you can feel free to come and go from the docks as you please and our gas dock will be open as usual.
As of right now our annual On-the-water boat show will be postponed until further notice.

We look forward to hearing from you and hope that you are doing as well as can be expected and want to offer our sympathies to anyone who has been impacted by this virus so far. We want to guarantee you that we are doing everything we can to ensure the health and well being of our customers, crew and family.
